How can I book with my gift voucher?
How can I book with my gift voucher? The reservation is subject to availability and must be made through our website by entering the gift voucher code or by contacting us at reservas@restauranteagua.com or (+34) 932 251 272.
What do I need to bring with me on the day of my booking?
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you will need to present the gift voucher, either in digital or printed format.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date.
What happens if I cancel on the same day or do not attend the reservation?
In case of same-day cancellation or no-show, a fee of 25€ per person will be charged.
Where can I use my gift card?
The gift voucher can only be redeemed at the restaurant for which it was purchased.
Do I have to use the entire amount of the voucher?
Yes, the amount of the voucher must be used in its entirety on the same day of the reservation. It is not possible to leave an outstanding balance.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I request a refund for the voucher?
No, the amount of the gift voucher is non-refundable.
What happens if consumption exceeds the amount of the voucher?
If the final amount is higher than the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the end of lunch or dinner.
Is there a limit on the purchase of gift cards?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift vouchers that can be purchased.
