The most common questions from our customers
Booking conditions
You can enjoy your table for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We guarantee that your table will be held for 15 minutes as a courtesy. If you arrive late, your table will be available at the restaurant and will be relocated whenever there is availability.
For any questions or modifications regarding your reservation, you can contact the restaurant directly +34 931 311 549 Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
If there is no availability on the web, you can make a request on our "waiting list," and if we have availability, we will contact you.
Cancellation policies
When making a reservation for more than 8 people, we will request the details of a credit card as a guarantee.
The reservation process does NOT incur any charge on your card.
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the reservation. If you don't attend or cancel on the same day, €25 per person will be charged.
Reservations for groups
For groups of more than 14 people, you can send us an email to eventos@somosesencia.es or contact us Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., by phone at 937 68 74 82.
