BARCELONA, 13 (EUROPA PRESS)
The restaurant 'Tierra' opened this Thursday evening at the Ninot market in Barcelona with a party attended by figures from the worlds of gastronomy and fashion.
Its director of operations, Guillem Mitats, explained that, after taking over the management ofAgua restaurant and now the Tierra restaurant, he has another project to set up in the city's Palau de Mar.
The 'Tierra' restaurant, inside the Mercat del Ninot, draws inspiration from the market to offer local, fresh produce in a space with different atmospheres across more than 400 square meters, with capacity for 149 people and a commitment to offering "quality at an affordable price," Mitats pointed out. DIFFERENT SPACES THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
There is a chill-out area at the entrance, a snack bar, and a dining room that turns into a bar with live music and DJs at night.

The concept of the venue is twofold: during the day, it is a restaurant where you can have a quick drink or a full menu; tapas in the evening; and at night, cocktails in a changing environment, with lighting options and a movable ceiling.
At the opening, there were live musical performances, as well as Mr. Dripping, an artist who paints without touching the canvas with a brush and who painted three pictures using the body painting technique.
