How can I book with my gift voucher?
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made through our website by entering the gift voucher code or by contacting us at reservas@restaurantebrisa.com or (+34) 931 311 549.
What do I need to bring on the day of my reservation?
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you must present the gift voucher, either in digital or printed format.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date.
What happens if I cancel on the same day or don't show up for the reservation?
In case of cancellation or no-show on the day itself, a fee of €25 per person will be charged.
Where can I use my gift card?
The gift voucher can only be exchanged at the restaurant where it was purchased.
Do I have to use the entire amount of the voucher?
Yes, the entire value must be used on the day of the reservation. It is not possible to leave a balance outstanding.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I request a refund for the voucher?
No, the value of the gift card is non-refundable.
What happens if consumption exceeds the value of the voucher?
If the final bill is higher than the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the end of lunch or dinner.
Is there a limit on the purchase of gift cards?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift vouchers that can be purchased.
