How can I make a reservation with my gift certificate?
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made via our website by entering the gift certificate code or by contacting us at reservas@restaurantebrisa.com or (+34) 931 311 549.
What do I need to bring on the day of my reservation?
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you will need to present the gift certificate, either in digital or printed format.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date.
What happens if I cancel on the day itself or if I don't show up for the reservation?
In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of the event, a fee of €25 per person will be charged.
Where can I use my gift card?
The gift certificate can only be used in the restaurant for which it was purchased.
Should I use the entire amount of the gift card?
Yes, the full amount of the voucher must be used on the day of the reservation. It is not possible to leave an unpaid balance.
How long is the gift certificate valid for?
The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I request a refund for the gift card?
No, the amount of the gift certificate is non-refundable.
What happens if the consumption exceeds the amount of the voucher?
If the final amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the end of lunch or dinner.
Is there a limit on the purchase of gift cards?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift certificates that can be purchased.
