How can I make a reservation with my gift voucher?
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made through our website by entering the gift voucher code or by contacting us at reservas@barbauma.es or on 932 07 54 31.
What should I bring on the day of my reservation?
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you will need to present the gift voucher, either in digital or printed format.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date.
What happens if I cancel on the same day or do not show up for my reservation?
In case of same-day cancellation or no-show, a fee of €25 per person will be charged.
Where can I use my gift voucher?
The gift voucher can only be redeemed at the restaurant for which it was purchased.
Do I have to use the entire amount of the voucher?
Yes, the full amount of the voucher must be used on the day of the reservation. It is not possible to leave a balance outstanding.
What is the validity period of the gift voucher?
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I request a refund for the voucher?
No, the amount of the gift voucher is non-refundable.
What happens if the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher?
If the final amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the end of the lunch or dinner.
Is there a limit on the purchase of gift vouchers?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift vouchers that can be purchased.
