The Somos Esencia gastronomic project closed 2023 with a turnover of €17 million, 18% more than the previous year.
According to a company statement released on Monday, this growth is due to the smooth operation of its establishments, which have been "well received by the public" since their creation.
The partner and founder of Somos Esencia, Guillem Mitats, believes that the figures for 2023 allow them to approach 2024 with optimism: "We will be able to beat the excellent figures for the year that has just ended."
In this regard, the company expects to generate revenue of around €30 million in 2024, have six establishments, and reach 300 employees between its offices and premises.
Executive Director Álex Mitats explained that "very ambitious" goals had been set, but that they believed they could achieve them.
